Questions

Is it only for developers?

No. The board is built for non-developers too: describe a task in plain language, talk through the plan, and approve the risky steps. You keep control without reading every line.

Does Braido upload my code?

Braido is a native Windows app, and your files, workspace data, and conversations stay on your PC — we don’t store or index your source on our servers. The parts a model needs for inference go to the model provider, the same as any AI coding tool. Only usage metadata (token counts and credits) syncs, for billing.

Do I need my own AI API key?

No. Braido uses a server-side provider gateway. You pay with credits, included in your plan or topped up. There are no personal API keys to manage.

Which models can I use?

Free includes fast models like Haiku, Gemini Flash, GLM, Kimi, MiniMax, Qwen, and DeepSeek. Paid plans add premium models like Opus, Sonnet, GPT, and Gemini Pro. You choose which model handles each role.

What are credits?

Credits power every model run. Plus, Pro, and Pro-X use fewer credits than Free for the same work. Credits last six months, and you can top up anytime, with a bonus on higher plans.
